Even the most law-abiding citizens can be punished for not knowing some of the prohibitions that exist in Russian legislation. As you know, ignorance of the law does not exempt a person from punishment. You need to know the laws.
We know, but we break
Often, citizens, knowing about such violations as crossing the street in the wrong place, speeding when driving a car, etc., still violate them. Someone is in a hurry, and someone hopes at random. But there are violations that people commit almost daily due to the fact that they simply do not know about them.
What is prohibited by law
Russians love to walk beautifully, noisily, with the launch of fireworks. What is the New Year without him, for example? But not everyone knows how and where they can be launched. According to the rules, fireworks cannot be launched from loggias, balconies and roofs. And also in those places where there are fire hazardous objects nearby (gas pipelines, power transmissions). Railways are passing by. Fireworks should not be launched at night, violating the permissible noise level. For these violations, a fine of 1.5 thousand rubles can be imposed.
Every day people get rid of garbage. Not everyone knows that not all waste can be thrown into trash cans. The law prohibits even placing construction waste, household appliances, furniture next to them. For this, there are special organizations that are engaged in the removal of such garbage. Only household waste with a size (volume) of no more than 0.75 cubic meters is placed in the bins. For violation, a fine of up to 2 thousand rubles may threaten. Legal entities will be punished more severely - 100 thousand rubles.
Now many people keep dogs in apartments. You can often see a child of 10-12 years old walking his pet. According to the law of the Russian Federation, this is also a violation. Only after the child has turned 14 years old, he has the right to do this. In several regions of the country, there are reservations on this score. In these areas (Sverdlovsk Oblast), children are prohibited from walking only those dogs that pose a danger to others. The fine also depends on the region (1-2 thousand).
The following prohibitions apply to car owners. The owner of the car knows that there is a ban on washing the car in the courtyards of residential buildings. But if the owner washes it at his dacha, then he can also be fined for this. Detergents damage the environment by polluting the soil. This is especially important if the dacha is located next to a pond or forest belt. If law enforcement agencies find out about this, they can be punished with a fine.
There is another ban that not all motorists know about. One of the laws on traffic rules (clause 17.2) prohibits drivers from warming up the engine of their car in a residential area. Do not leave the car with the engine running if it is, for example, near the entrance of a residential building. This ban may sound strange for a northern country, but it exists.

Often some laws seem ridiculous to people. But these are laws and you should know them in order not to get into an unpleasant situation and not lose your money.
