Through your personal account, you can get answers to the most pressing questions. All services are presented on the Unified portal of public services and on the PF website. To access requests related to personal data, you only need a confirmed account on the Public Services.
You must use your login and password if you already have registration. You can confirm your account at the multifunctional center, the MFC at the point of residence of the citizen. All you need is a passport.
Electronic office: always open
The convenience of the electronic PF is obvious: you can contact with any questions at a convenient time for yourself. Electronic applications for the appointment of a pension or a change in the methods of its delivery are sent both after 6 pm and on holidays, when the regular office of the Pension Fund does not work.
This option is most suitable for those who live away from a fixed office.

It is available in the Personal Account online. You can control your retirement account using this information. The service will help to find out whether the employer pays insurance premiums in full, whether it transfers them to the Pension Fund.
There is a service for finding out and managing data on the accumulation part. True, only an electronic signature makes available actions with it. And you can get it only from specialized organizations.
They offer services:
- filing an electronic application for the appointment of a pension;
- finding out the size of the indexed payment for working pensioners;
- information on the amount and type of social payments;
- application for the issuance of a certificate for maternity capital.
The electronic version greatly simplifies communication with the Pension Fund. In addition, the list of electronic services is planned to be expanded.
