- passport data.

Step 2

A copy of the claim is also indicated, a receipt for payment of the state duty is attached. If there are minor children, their names and dates of birth are indicated. You also need to indicate the date from which the marriage relationship with the defendant can be considered terminated. The application sometimes prescribes the possibility of reconciliation. If there are any property disputes or questions regarding the maintenance of children, this must also be indicated. There are no disputes about property either."

Step 3

With a claim for divorce, they turn to the magistrate of the site where the defendant is registered. If the imperfect child lives with the plaintiff, then you can also go to the appropriate district. The application is signed by two applicants jointly, the date of its preparation is indicated. If one of the spouses does not have the opportunity to appear at the registry office, the application can be drawn up as two separate documents. However, the signature of the applicant who does not appear for the procedure is notarized and only then is valid.

Further, the application is registered, and the dissolution of the marriage takes place in a month in the presence of at least one of the spouses.
