Life in a metropolis obliges you to observe certain rules of coexistence in a single human anthill. And noise plays an important role here. He annoyingly lets his neighbors know how irresponsible those who live behind the wall are.
Many are familiar with the situation when a late party gradually develops into a quarrel with neighbors. Burning with righteous anger, they first knock on the wall, then thunder on the battery, then they themselves come "to the showdown", and there they are not far from the police.
Indeed, there are some rules that oblige residents to keep quiet at certain times of the day. And they must be strictly adhered to. However, the situation with time "H" is not the same in different cities of Russia.
Time "H" or "Law of Silence"
According to the “law” mentioned in the name, there are certain night hours when noise is excluded as a given, if there is no desire to get problems with neighbors or the law. Different regions of the country differ in this respect not too much, but noticeably.
So in Moscow, you will have to turn off all noisy devices, as well as reduce the volume of the party, if it has already arrived at 22.00. The quiet time lasts until 6 am.
The residents of St. Petersburg are more fortunate. They can continue to have fun for another hour and be done by 23.00. A serene sleep will last until 7 am.
In Yekaterinburg, as in the capital, the vow of silence is taken at ten in the evening, and the noise begins at eight in the morning.
In Kazan, you can make noise until 23.00, and you should have a rest until 6.00. And so on and so forth.
As you can see from the above figures, the "H" hour is approximately the same throughout Russia. But this does not mean that after a certain time it is imperative to turn off the music or the TV, drive out the guests and gag your beloved cat. You can continue to enjoy a particular sound source by making it quieter. Up to about 40 decibels. If there is no desire to arm yourself with precision instruments, this is about the noise of a stationary computer.

If we compare this noise with others, then a loud conversation can be equal to 60 dB, and if you go down into the subway, you can hear a train "wailing" at all 100 dB. But this is not the limit. Some music lovers improve their stereo system so much that it becomes capable of delivering 110 dB. And this level can only be surpassed by the noise of an aircraft at takeoff - 120 dB.
However, there is a ruling of the Supreme Court, which states that the noise level should be measured not in decibels, but in the "rest of the citizens", and not only at night. If this "peace" has been violated, first a fine of 3-6 thousand rubles is paid, and then sanctions in the form of imprisonment for a period of 15 days are possible. Eviction from the apartment is not excluded if the malicious repeat offender continues his "concerts".
In general, it is better not to make noise in the apartment at all. It is not known how tolerant the neighbors are.
