The scope of activity of bailiffs is quite wide. And it is not limited to just kicking off debts, as is commonly believed. The law imposes on the bailiff the obligation to comply with the orders of the chairman of the court, who can give him instructions on how to put things in order when preparing a case for hearing, during reception of citizens, in all other cases when order is needed for the judge to fulfill his functional duties.
