The plaintiff has the right to apply for debt collection at the place of work of the debtor, to the bank where the defendant has savings accounts, or to the bailiff service if the debtor does not have a job, bank accounts or this information is unknown.

Step 4

When applying for the execution of a court decision at the defendant's place of work, present a writ of execution, your passport, an application, information about the bank account number to which you will be transferred the amount of debt.

If you go to the bank where the defendant's savings are kept, present an application, passport, writ of execution and a photocopy.

Step 6

When collecting a debt through the bailiff service, you will need to write an application, present a writ of execution and a passport. Bailiffs are required to find a way to collect the entire amount owed from the debtor within 60 days from the date of receipt of your application.

Step 7

When enforcing a court decision, the bailiffs have the right to use any methods that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
