Your manufacturing enterprise is considered to be officially created from the moment the package of constituent documents is approved, and it is considered completed from the date of state registration. To carry out the procedure for state registration of a manufacturing enterprise, it is necessary to apply with an application to the appropriate structure of local authorities. The application will need to attach a letter of guarantee for the production area, certificates for the materials used, a production technology plan, data on the head / founder of production and payment orders upon payment of all necessary duties. Registration is carried out within thirty days from the date of contact with a complete package of documents, after which your manufacturing enterprise is legally entitled to operate in accordance with the submitted technical production plan.
