An addendum to the agreement can be formed in the process of concluding an agreement, as well as during the validity of an already signed agreement. It contains the clarification or modification of the terms of the contract. The supplement is subject to agreement and signing by the parties in the same manner as the contract itself. In addition, an addendum can be an integral part of the main contract or an annex to it.

Instructions

Step 1

The procedure for making changes to the terms of the agreement and additions to it is most often stipulated in its text. Therefore, first study the points that cover this topic in the main document. In any case, you will need a concluded agreement, as it will be necessary to quote some of its provisions in the appendix.

Step 2

Begin the paperwork by indicating its name and serial number "Supplement No." Put the date of its compilation in the left corner, and indicate the place (city or other settlement) in the right corner. Continue the introductory part with a reference to the main agreement, indicating its details (number, date and place of the agreement). Cite the details of the parties to the agreement. This is the name of enterprises, positions and names of authorized persons, documents (power of attorney, etc.), giving them grounds for action to sign an agreement.

Step 3

In the substantive part of the document, place the "Subject of the supplement to the agreement" as the first paragraph. In it, describe any changes to the agreed terms or clarifications on the essence of the agreement. In the next paragraph, list the responsibilities of the parties that they have assumed as a result of the performance amendments. Specify "Other conditions" as a separate item, if necessary based on the results of negotiations.

Step 4

At the end of the document, set aside space for the signatures of the parties. Write which organization the person authorized to sign the supplement represents, his position, surname and initials. Leave a place here for the handwritten signature of the named persons and the date of signing the agreement.

Step 5

Print out the number of copies of the addendum that corresponds to the number of parties to the main contract. Give each of the parties all prepared copies of the document for review and signing. After collecting all signatures, give your own copy of the addendum to all parties to the agreement.
