Rest / work. Getting proper rest is essential for effective work. There is no ideal ratio for all people: it all depends on the duration of concentration. The most common option: 25 minutes of effective work and 5 minutes of rest (Pomodoro technique). If you can concentrate longer, then lengthen your work time.
Motivation. A simple exercise will help create good motivation. Close your eyes and imagine two things: what will happen if you do it and what will happen if you do not. Try to present everything in as much detail and quality as possible. Plus, you can watch a motivational video or listen to music that inspires you.
