Instructions

Step 1

Refine your idea to a complete proposal, giving it a "presentation". Clearly define who, how and under what conditions will use it and how much will profit from it. Check out how you solved this problem before, how you solve it now, and how your new proposal will be better. Determine how it will be more efficient, economical, safer and more comfortable to use it.

Step 2

Do an economic analysis, that is, clothe all of the above considerations in the language of numbers. For example, suppose you came up with a fruit knife for peeling apples. Previously, they were cleaned with a simple knife, then the consumption of the product was 10 g for each fruit. Now the consumption is 5 g. With a fruit weight of 70 g and a price of 25 rubles per kilogram, we will save 2 rubles from each kilogram of apples. With the cost of a working hour of 120 rubles and time savings of 2 minutes per kilogram, we get another 4 rubles. In addition, the safety of personnel and the convenience of fruit cleaning are added.

Step 3

Write down all the results in a table, attach graphs, diagrams and drawings, describe the rationalization proposal. At the same time, the text of the description should take 1-2 pages and express the essence: what are the benefits, what exactly is offered, how it differs from the existing one.

Step 4

Make an application. At the top of the sheet on the left, indicate the addressee, as a rule, this is the head of the enterprise. On the right, place the “header” of the standard interdepartmental form No. P-1. Indicate the OKUD Code, focusing on the classifier of management documentation. In the box on the right, write “Registered with No.” and leave space for the date.

Step 5

Along the entire width of the sheet below, place a table indicating the authors of the rationalization proposal. In the first column, put the personnel number, in the second - the last name, first name, patronymic of the author, in the third - place of residence or place of work, then - position, education and year of birth.

Step 6

List the coauthors and write in the middle of the sheet: “Application for an improvement proposal. I ask you to consider the proposal (indicate its name), recognize it as rational, and accept it for use. " Then write a short description of the proposal. Next, write: "Agreement on the distribution of remuneration" and indicate if this proposal was submitted anywhere else. List what materials you are attaching, do not forget to collect the signatures of authors and co-authors.

Step 7

On the next sheet, under the heading "Proposal Conclusions," post a few testimonials from various manufacturing departments, certified by signatures with dates and titles. Title the next sheet with the words "Decision Made" and leave space on it for the decision, signature and date.
