A land share is a part of a plot transferred to shareholders as part of a common agricultural plot during the agrarian reform, which was carried out in the nineties. To register your part of the land in ownership, the site must be separated from the composition of the common allotment, prepare the necessary documents and register with the territorial administration of the Federal Registration Center.

  • - extract from the act;
  • - application to the registration chamber;
  • - receipt of payment of state duty.

Instructions

Step 1

In accordance with the Federal Law "On the turnover of agricultural land", your allotted land plot must be at least 200 hectares, since the area of common allotments provided to shareholders is very large, allocated in ballohectares, from which you can easily select a plot of the required area.

Step 2

You have the right to determine the location of your site yourself, but at the same time you must notify other shareholders of the coordinates of its location. To do this, gather a general meeting, notifying about its beginning in the media. Take a vote, if the majority of the shareholders present are not against a certain location, you can start the procedure for surveying, determine the boundaries, put up boundary signs or a fence.

Step 3

If, after notification in the media, the shareholders did not appear at the meeting, after 30 days you can conduct a survey and select the share that you have determined for yourself on your own, since the absence of written objections is considered consent.

Step 4

To conduct a land survey, contact the cadastral chamber, submit an application. A team of technical engineers will come to you and carry out the entire list of technical works, on the basis of which you can put the allocated land plot on cadastral registration, receive a number and extracts from cadastral documents necessary for the procedure for registering property rights.

Step 5

In the local administration, get an extract from the act, according to which the land allotment was transferred for general use to the members of the joint stock company.

Step 6

Contact the registration office with all documents. Fill out the application, attach an extract from the act, cadastral extracts, passport. Based on the submitted package of documents, your ownership rights to the allocated share will be registered, and you will receive a certificate of ownership, which is drawn up within no more than 30 calendar days.
