Obtaining a license from the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the installation of fire alarms is not an easy process. Requirements apply both to employees, special equipment, and to the premises of the place where the licensed type of activity is carried out.
Necessary
- -3 employees with technical education (secondary or higher) and work experience in a technical position for more than 3 years, as well as certificates of advanced training for each of them (certificates are obtained for a period of 3 years)
- -special equipment (the list is huge and it makes no sense to put it here)
- - the legal address must match the actual one.
- - if you are going to carry out the repair of primary fire extinguishing equipment, then this is also a room of at least 50 sq.m.
- -payment of the state duty 7500 p.

Instructions
Step 1
Download the requirements for obtaining an EMERCOM license on the official website of the EMERCOM of Russia. After all the necessary documents are collected and the state fee is paid, we refer them to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in your area (region, city, etc.), to the licensing department.
Step 2
After 30 working days from the date of submission of documents, they must call from the Ministry of Emergency Situations at the phone number indicated in the application for a license, and inform about the date of checking the premises for compliance with licensing requirements. After successfully passing the check, you will be called to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies to sign the Act of Compliance with Licensing Requirements.
Step 3
After that, your company is included in the order for obtaining a license from the Ministry of Emergencies. And within 10-15 working days they call for obtaining a license form.
