In our life, situations arise when it is necessary to provide a service that entails a certain payment. It is better to formalize these relations through an agreement so that no controversial issues arise in the future.
Instructions
Step 1
To formalize business relations with an individual, civil law contracts are suitable. In particular, an agreement on the provision of services for a fee. But there are exceptions. Civil law relations do not include the provision of services: in the field of order, in scientific research, in the field of transportation and freight forwarding, in the field of bank accounts and deposits, or in the field of asset management. You can conclude an agreement of this type if this activity is carried out: in the field of communication services, medical, veterinary, auditing, consulting, information services, in the field of education, tourism and other services. So in the contract, be sure to specify in detail what kind of service you provide to the client.
Step 2
Be sure to describe the rights and obligations of both parties, indicate the timing of the order and the amount that was paid for your work. The parties can conclude a contract for the provision of services for a fee, both in the prescribed form and not in the form prescribed by law or other legal acts. That is, you can arrange it according to a sample or in free form, but with the obligatory preservation of the structure of the document and the details of the parties.
Step 3
Be sure to include a clause on the terms of termination of the contract unilaterally. When concluding agreements of this kind, read the articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation that govern these relations. This is the provision on contracting articles 720-729 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the provisions on household contracting of articles 730-739 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Step 4
And yet, issue a check and an act for the provision of services. Such acts are signed only by the executor. Number the acts at your discretion. All of the above is necessary for you to protect yourself and your activities. This knowledge will always be useful, because we live in a civilized community, which is permeated with civil law relations.
