To submit a quarterly report, you must fill in all the columns of the required declaration. For example, for the first quarter you need to submit the calculation for UTII (single tax on imputed income) to the tax office. This calculation must be submitted no later than the 20th day of the month following the reporting period. For the first quarter - April 20 is the last day of submission of the report.
Instructions
Step 1
There are several options for submitting a report. The first one is by mail. In the envelope enclose the report and a list of the documents to be handed over. At the top in the upper right corner of the envelope, write the value of the letter and the word "with inventory." You will be given a paid receipt and the inventory itself. This will be proof of delivery of the report.
Step 2
You can take the report yourself to the tax office. But by law, this is only suitable for small businesses. Tax officials must accept it in paper form. But they are reluctant to take the papers. They will have to enter all the numbers manually. Therefore, they require to submit reports by e-mail. Then you can use the third method.
Step 3
If your company submits accounting reports, then it is beneficial for you to buy yourself a program that allows you to send electronic reports yourself. This is a reliable way and saves time and hassle. You can send reports through representatives. Let them send your report by e-mail, and they will give you a receipt for the acceptance of the report by the tax office. Usually, sending one report per quarter costs from 100 to 150 rubles. Perhaps the tax office has a representative who provides services for sending reports.
