- application for registration of LLC in the unified form R11001;

- Charter of the enterprise (in 2 copies);

- constituent documentation - minutes of the general meeting of founders, a decision on the establishment of an enterprise;

- a list of founders with passport data and permanent registration addresses;

- order on the appointment of the head and chief accountant of the LLC;

- a payment document confirming the payment of the state fee (4000 rubles).

If you choose the simplified taxation system, an application for the transition to this system must be attached to the registration application.

The composition of the package of documents must be clarified in advance with the tax inspectorate, there are some nuances in the field, in particular, in the form of certification of originals.

How to submit documents to the tax office

Having paid the state fee for registering an organization, you need to contact a notary to certify the statutory documents and your application in the P11001 form. In some regions, you will need a certificate of depositing the authorized capital to a temporary current account. To do this, you will need to go to the bank and open an account in order to put the authorized capital on it, if it is contributed by the founders in cash.

With all the documents and certificates, go to the territorial tax office, hand over the documents and get your hands on a receipt with their list.
